Nandan Setlur is responsible for all US activities and has over 25 years of Industry experience.In the past, he managed the Healthcare and Technology portfolio companies and in that role he was responsible for strategy and acquisitions worldwide. He started his career as a Technology Consultant to various US Federal Agencies and later as a Senior Technology Manager at a Fortune 50 US company. Additionally, Nandan served as Director and Advisor on several private company boards in the USA, Australia and India. Aman Baid is responsible for ACN's operations throughout the Asia-Pacific area, including all core software groups. Mr. Baid has over 20 years of business experience, beginning in the import - export business and moving to the manufacturing sector. In 2005 he joined to ACN Infotech, where he assumed the management of the Hyderabad office, and has since assumed responsibility for all India offices as well as those throughout the Asia Pacific Region. Aman is a qualified Cost Accountant.
He graduated from Brown University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. In his role at ACN Infotech, Aranav oversees the technological strategy and implementation, ensuring the deployment of innovative solutions to meet business objectives. Aranav's understanding of technological capabilities and trends enables him to identify and propose new tech-driven solutions.
A professional with 23+ years of experience in the domains of Customer Experience, Service Desk, Retail and E-commerce and Digital Marketing, Vinay has served companies like Bank of America, HCL Corporation, vCustomer and Amazon. He brings on-board an in-depth experience of managing large business teams across geographies in a 24 X 7 X 365 service window model.
Ms. Jena Khan is Vice President ACN's BPO Solutions business in North America. In this position she is responsible for all of the unit's operation in the USA and Canada. She has over 20 years experience in Document Management, with a current focus on data aggregation and integration. Prior to joining ACN, she has a few years of paralegal experience, specializing in joint ventures, contract analysis, accounting and auditing as well as significant International experience. Jena has a degree in Law and Society and holds a number of professional IT process certifications.
Rinner is responsible for the ACN-PASS Operations within EMEA. He has a comprehensive practical experience in IT Services and Software Development. Additional to his operational responsibilities at ACN his focus includes also the development and implementation of strategies for the transformation and integration IT Services Management, IT Security Management and Mobile Devices Management. Prior to heading our PASS business, Rinner has had 16 years experience working for large IT enterprises.
Carola is responsible for overall management of ACN's COSA BPM suite in Netherlands. Carola has over 15 years of experience in working with large BPM Companies and due to her extensive experience in customer relation management, Carola was given charge of all activities for COSA BPM in Netherlands.
