Document Unitization
In the Document Unitization process, the determinations of document boundaries are established. This is generally performed for all types of coding. We adopt Logical Document Determination (LDD).
LDD’s establish two levels of unitization; attachment range and document range within the attachment range. We analyze all images for ‘Logical Boundaries’ and also code the ‘Document Type’ in this process.
Document Coding
Our skilled Coders and QC staff are dedicated to legal coding, have a thorough understanding of legal terminology and documentation, and specialize in extraction of data content from documents in wide attachment ranges to create data base information.
Objective Coding
Basic coding processing involving bibliographic coding/ document indexing (document type, document date, author/affiliation, recipient/affiliation, copy/affiliation, etc.)
Subjective Coding
A more comprehensive coding process in addition to the above, keywords and relevant data from the document text, flexible and specific to individual company requirements.
Full Text Capture / Data Transcription
Equipped with OCR techniques and manual editing, full entry of all content data from hard copy or image format can be provided.
