Chaman Baid, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chaman Baid is the Founder of ACN Infotech and serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. In this position he is responsible for the global operations of ACN Infotech as well as for the company’s overall strategy and direction. In addition, he manages the Board of ACN. Mr. Baid is a true industry visionary and an effective entrepreneur. He has over a decade of business experience, and had built business all over the world. He holds an Masters Degree in Business Administration and is an active donor and participant in several social welfare projects. |

Nandan Setlur, President - North America
Mr. Nandan Setlur is the President of ACN Infotech. As President, he is responsible for all US activities. Additionally he managed the Healthcare and Technology portfolio companies and in that role he was responsible for strategy and acquisitions worldwide. Prior to Corstone, Mr. Setlur was the Founder of a recruiting and placement company that focused on e-commerce and ERP, while setting up a delivery arm in India to provide outsourced software programming services. He started his career as a Technology Consultant to various US Federal Agencies and later as a Senior Technology Manager at a Fortune 50 US company. Additionally, Mr. Setlur serves as Director and Advisor on several private company boards in the US, Australia and India. |

Aman Baid, Chief Operating Officer and Director
Mr. Aman Baid is responsible for all of ACN’s operations throughout the Asia-Pacific area, including all core software groups. Mr. Baid has over 15 years of business experience, beginning in the import - export business and moving to the manufacturing sector. In 2005 he moved to ACN Infotech, where he assumed the management of the Hyderabad office, and has since assumed responsibility for all India offices as well as those throughout the Asia Pacific Region. |

Jena Khan, VP BPO Solutions Unit
Ms. Jena Khan is Vice President ACN’s BPO Solutions business in North America. In this position she is responsible for all of the unit’s operations in the US and Canada. She has over 10 years experience in Document Management, with a current focus on data aggregation and integration. Prior to joining ACN, she had years of paralegal experience, specializing in joint ventures, contract analysis, and accounting and auditing, as well as significant International experience. Jena has a degree in Law and Society and holds a number of professional certifications. |

Simone Knoche - Head of Sales / Consulting EMEA
Mrs. Simone Knoche is responsible for the consulting and sales activities of the COSA BPM suite. Following her studies of computer science and economy at the University of Dortmund (Germany) she worked for IT companies in the development and consulting environment. Since 1994 she led several COSA projects as senior consultant as well as sales consultant. Due to her extensive experience in customer relation management Mrs. Knoche took over Sales Operations for COSA BPM in 2011. |

Dietmar Wagner - Head of BPM - EMEA
Dr. Dietmar Wagner is responsible for the BPM Operations within EMEA. He has a comprehensive practical experience in Business Performance Management and optimization. Additional to his operational responsibilities at ACN his focus includes also the development and implementation of strategies for the transformation and integration of Business Process Management solutions into outstanding future Business Performance Management solutions. Prior heading our BPM business, Dr. Wagner has had 18 years experience working for large IT enterprises (e.g. IBM) as a senior executive manager where he was responsible for various large IT service delivery and business units. |
